Our core order fulfilment service is based on just 4 tasks
We charge storage using ONLY your product dimensions so you’ll never be charged for half filled boxes or part pallets
All fulfilment companies store products on shelves so they are easy to pick. So why do they charge clients by the pallet?
Because it ‘s easy…but it isn’t accurate
With products stored in thousands of locations throughout the warehouse, providing an accurate calculation of exactly how much space is occupied by each client can be a tricky and time consuming task.
So the easiest thing to do is ask the warehouse manager how many pallets each client has in stock and invoice clients based on those rough figures.
We think that’s wrong. In fact we think it’s scandalous!
The fairest method surely is to charge clients storage based only on the amount of space their stock occupies in the warehouse. This requires a lot of work and continuously consolidating stock as boxes become half empty.
And that’s what we do!
We only charge clients using the dimensions of their products.
Everyday we consolidate boxes to optimise storage
So we never charge a client for half empty boxes or part filled pallets.

Product weighs 750g and measures 20cmx10cmx10cm
In one month they generate 50 orders and store 200 bottles and require anonymous environment friendly cardboard packaging
50 orders x £2.61 = £130.50
Packaging costs: 50 orders x 75p = £37.50
Storage costs: 200 x 0.07 cubic feet = 14.12 cubic feet x 48p per cu.ft = £6.77 per month (actually, this will be less as storage is charged weekly and therefore reduces as the number of products are sold)
Shipping is NOT included and will depend on destination and service (e.g. next day, 3 day)
